Official Rules and Terms

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by 4 State Home Improvement™, LLC, 888-842-4339, serving the Four-State region (Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older, who own their home and reside within the Four-State region. Employees, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of 4 State Home Improvement or its affiliates are not eligible.

No purchase necessary. A purchase or estimate will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins November 11, 2025, and ends November 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by completing one of the following:

• The official online entry form on the 4 State Home Improvement website.
• A Facebook® or Instagram® Lead Ad entry form.
• An in-person entry form at an authorized 4 State Home Improvement event or home show.

Limit one (1) entry per household per prize category. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) Grand Prize: a home-improvement project from 4 State Home Improvement valued up to $10,000 retail value.

The winner may choose one of the following project categories:

• Walk-In Bathtub or Shower
• Sunroom Addition
• Stair Lift System
• Window Replacement Package
• Bathroom Remodel

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, offer a cash alternative up to the stated value. The winner is responsible for any costs exceeding the $10,000 value if a higher-priced project is selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Estimated 100,000 entries result in approximately a 1 in 100,000 chance of winning.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about November 15, 2026, under the supervision of 4 State Home Improvement. The winner will be notified by phone, email, or certified mail within seven (7) days of the drawing.

The winner must respond within ten (10) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must allow reasonable access for verification and promotional photography if a project is awarded.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant 4 State Home Improvement permission to use their name, city, likeness, and/or statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues affecting entry submission or winner notification.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the 4 State Home Improvement Privacy Policy available on the company website. Entrants may receive future promotional offers from 4 State Home Improvement but can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in communications.

11. Disputes

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Jackson County, Missouri.
