Open only to legal U.S. residents who reside within Sponsor’s normal service area and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

The Promotion begins on November 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes using one of the following methods:

1. Online Entry – Completing Sponsor’s online entry form.
    
2. In-Person Entry – Entering at a home show, fair, festival, or event where Sponsor is present.
    
3. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Calling Sponsor and requesting entry without receiving an estimate.
    

Limit one (1) entry per person throughout the Promotion Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. An in-home estimate is not required to enter or win.

One (1) winner will receive:

(“Grand Prize”).

The Grand Prize is applied as a credit toward a project completed by Sponsor. Any project cost exceeding $10,000 is the responsibility of the winner. The prize has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or substituted.

If the Primary Winner is unreachable, declines the prize, is deemed ineligible, or as part of Sponsor’s promotional outreach, Sponsor will conduct a Second-Chance Drawing.

The Second-Chance Winner will receive a:

$1,000 Home Improvement Certificate
Valid for one (1) year from issuance and applicable only toward qualifying projects. Certificate has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Some entrants may be offered a “Dinner for Two” incentive upon completion of a free in-home estimate. This is not a sweepstakes prize, carries no cash value, and does not impact the odds of winning.

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If necessary, a Second-Chance Drawing will be held within 30 days of January 1, 2027.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner via phone, text, or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If Sponsor cannot reach the potential winner within 72 hours, or if the winner fails to complete required documentation, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate selected.

Potential winners may be required to:

• Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility
   
• Sign a Liability/Publicity Release
   
• Provide government-issued identification
   

Failure to complete verification steps may result in disqualification.

• Grand Prize must begin redemption within six (6) months of notification.
   
• Installation must be completed within twelve (12) months of redemption.
   
• Projects must be located within Sponsor’s normal service area.
   
• Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
   
• Sponsor is not responsible for structural issues, code requirements, or project upgrades beyond promotional value.
   

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, city, likeness, voice, project photos, and testimonials for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control
   
• Disqualify any individual who tampers with entry processes or violates these rules
   
• Make final, binding decisions on all rule interpretations
   

All decisions of Sponsor are final.

By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates from all liability relating to:

• Injury, loss, or damage of any kind
   
• Technical malfunctions or human errors
   
• Scheduling limitations or project delays
   
• Issues with promotional gifts or certificates
   

Information collected is used according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor may contact entrants regarding promotions or home improvement services; opt-out options are available. Information is not sold.

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to the Sponsor address above, postmarked no later than 60 days after January 1, 2027.
